Printing Utilities in Restaurant Billing Software

Of course, sometimes you need to get printing copies of certain records like Sales Report, Tax summary, KOT Register, Payment report, Discount Report, Exceptional Report, Item Master List, Day book for raw material Raw Material Consumption and Stock Summary. You can get print all of this.

For getting printing copies of all these you need to click Print window and as per your need you can get printing copies only selecting dates and copies of bill.

Let's consider all these separately.

Sales Report Tax; In this option you can get printing copies relating to sales. You have facility to find out the printing copies of the following things.

• Sales Register
• Item Sale Summary
• Daily Sales Report
• Monthly Sales Report

Tax Summary; To receive printing copies of Tax Summary you need to click this. Fill the date and also select the printer for getting print.

KOT Register; To get printing copy of Kitchen Order Token (KOT) you can choose this option.

Payment Report; You have facility for getting Payment Report in a easy way. You can get payment report of the following options;

• Payment by Cash
• Payment Credited
• Payment by Credit Card
• Payment by Cheque/DD
• Complimentary
• Pending Amount

Discount Report; To get printing of discount you can choose this option.

Exceptional Report; This is very significant option given to you for getting printing of the following Bill;

• Cancelled Bill
• Recall Bill
• Reprinted Bill

Printing of Item Master List; You can get print of Item Master List by selecting this one.

Printing for Day Book Raw Material; Under this menu you are provided the following facility to get printing of the following things;

• Purchase Register
• Sales Register
• Purchase Return Register
• Sales Return Register

Apart from above given facility for printing you can get printing copy of Raw Material Consumption and of Stock Summary also.
